How We Do It
- Develop and promote alliances among educational institutions, industry and community organizations throughout the Windsor/Essex community to enhance career opportunities for local youth.
- Develop and implement initiatives that support workforce development in Windsor and Essex County.
- Retain and recruit employers for involvement in a broad range of experiential learning initiatives.

SWOIEC is governed by a Board of Directors and operates under an established set of by-laws relating generally to the conduct of the affairs of the organization.
SWOIEC is currently recruiting members for the Board for 2007-2009.
